As a Fractional CFO and business advisor, my role is simple: bring clarity to complex decisions and ensure those decisions translate into stronger cash flow, healthier margins, and sustainable profitability.

I began my career in the Netherlands with a Big Four accounting firm, training as a Chartered Professional Accountant. I then held senior finance and leadership roles in large corporations and the Canadian credit union system before focusing on what I consider my most meaningful work: advising owner-led small and mid-sized businesses as their CFO.

In every engagement, my approach is consistent. We first establish a clear understanding of the business’s current position, then define a practical, forward-looking plan. 

Finally, we focus on disciplined execution, using financial insight to drive measurable performance improvements.

With over 20 years of experience in audit, finance leadership, and advisory roles, I help owners reduce uncertainty, strengthen cash flow, and maximize profitability without adding unnecessary complexity or overhead.

Based in British Columbia, I work with business owners across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland through both virtual and on-site collaboration.
